Replacement Circuit Board for Maxxair Roof Vent the Clicks and Beeps

Question:
When trying to open my roof vent with the remote on wall it just starts beeping a clicking and will not open or close the vent. I can open it manually and if I use the remote to turn the fan on that part works fine. I was thinking in might be the remote but after reading some of these questions and answers sounds like I might have a bad rain sensor or circuit board?

You do need a new circuit board based on what you described and since you said yours has a rain sensor what you'd need is the part # MA10A04751KS.
