Does Stealth Hitch for 2021 Audi A6 Allroad Interfere with Sensors or Cameras

Question:
Audi does not sell a Tow/hitch kit for my vehicle. I have talked to many Audi people and they confirm Audi does not sell nor do they recommend installing a 3rd party substitute because sensors and cameras on the vehicle may not operate correctly with a non-audi kit. Have you tested the kits you sell with the vehicle and do your kits allow the sensors and cameras to operate correctly? Thank You
