Strykers trailer has a bow mount and keel bunk. Can you recommend similar parts for this trailer?

Since your Stryker LX 360 inflatable boat is 11'7" long x 5'6" wide it will fit on the CE Smith Multi Sport Boat and Kayak Trailer w/ Bunks - 8" Wheels - 12' Boat - 800 lbs # CE48810 you were looking at and have the motor/transom completely on the bunks, but the front half of the boat will not be. The bunks are only 4-1/2' wide so you will have about 6" overhang on each side of the trailer.

You will just want to move the winch mount forward until it is in the correct location for you to get the boat aligned how you desire.

I would be happy to help! Based on what I can find on the Stryker trailer it has a single additional bunk board running in front of and in between the two side bunks. For a bunk I recommend the CE Smith Carpeted Bunk Boards for Boat Trailers - 4' Long - 1 Pair # CE27810 which come as a pair as we do not current sell single bunk boars, but using one for the additional bunk and cutting the other one to act as the keel bunk would work. You will need bolster brackets # CE10000G-4, which comes in a quantity of 4, to attach the additional bunk along with U-Bolts # CE15283GA-4, which also come in a quantity of 4. For the Keel bunk you will to use the two additional bolster brackets and two additional U-bolts to attach the additional bunk board to the winch mount at the height needed for your boat. You can cut down the bunk board to the correct length you need. I included a few videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
