Unfortunately, the Aries RidgeStep Running Boards - 6-1/2" Wide - Black Powder Coated Steel # AAC3696 and the VersaTrac Custom Mounting Kit for Aries RidgeStep Running Boards and AdvantEdge Nerf Bars # AA2055113 will not fit your 2013 Chevy Express 3500 Van with a 155-inch wheelbase.
However, I recommend the DeeZee Rough Step Running Boards w/ Custom Installation Kit - 7" Wide - Steel - Black # DZ15300S-15316. The DeeZee Rough Step is confirmed to fit your 2013 Chevrolet Express Van (with either a 135 or 155 inch wheelbase) and has a black design like the Aries RidgeStep. As far as the installation, the DeeZee Rough Step Running Boards install on the frame of your vehicle.
