I have a 2014 R-Pod, what lift kit would work for this year model? Thanks

Since you have a 2014 R-Pod that means you have a Lippert torsion axle and for a lift kit you'd want the part # LC382741 if the axles are square shaped or part # LC270682 if they are diamond shaped. Before 2014 the axles were Dexter and the fit would have been # K71-707-01.
