How Is This Sink Packaged?

Question:

I ordered this same sink Better Bath - 385313 from Amazon twice and both times it was damaged in shipping. Do you control how it is packaged and will it be properly packaged so it will arrive without damage? If it is damaged in shipping, what is the return policy? This is my last attempt to order this sink. If it arrives damaged, I’ll request a refund and will by something else. I really want this sink, but it’s pointless if it arrives damaged due to poor packaging.

That makes me think you will receive your item undamaged. If you do receive a damaged item you can easily return it for a replacement.
