The Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack for 4 Fat Bikes - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount # HR1400Z-FB is not an ebike rack so that's why the rating is only 50lbs per bike and taking off the 2 bike extension will not increase the weight capacity per bike.
The Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount # HLY84FR was designed for ebikes so the frame is more heavy duty to handle the weight.
