Does the Edge Pulsar L5P Inline Tuner Feature Speed Limiter Adjustment

Ive read on several reviews and comments that the pulsar cannot adjust the stock speed limiter on a vehicle as edge claims is this true or false I have a 2018 chevy silverado 2500 hd duramax L5P

I spoke with Edge about the Pulsar L5P Inline Tuner with Insight CTS3 Monitor, part # EP29YR. They confirmed that this does in fact feature speed limiter adjustment.
The confusion probably stems from the fact the the V1 version of the Pulsars did not have this feature. The V2 and V3 versions do, though. This particular one is a V2, so you can rest assured that this the speed limiter adjustment.
