What to do if you're Having Trouble Attaching the Fairing to the Yakima OffGrid

Question:

I had a terrible time getting all the clips clasped shut. I finally gave up as I know Ill be taking it on and off anyway if its that much of a pain its not worth the trouble. Is there a trick or clips that are longer?

I spoke with Yakima regarding the fairing clips of your OffGrid Roof Cargo Basket, part # Y07138. They said that there aren't any tricks or longer clips available. However, it may be that the clips feel a bit rigid, so they aren't fitting around the bars easily. Keep in mind that these are meant to flex quite a bit, so you might need to put some extra pull on them to get them to flex around the bars.
