As long as your 2021 Chevy Silverado 3500 Diesel Dually has lower overload springs, the # TLA7310S TorkLift StableLoad will work great for you.
I've linked to an installation video that you might find helpful. The StableLoad is a no drill application, and the nice thing about this system is you can easily disconnect it to return your ride to normal when you're not towing or hauling.
