What I think you are asking for is a hitch to fit your 2021 Ram 1500. What I am uncertain of is if you want a 5th wheel hitch or a gooseneck hitch and for what weight rating and if you have the OEM puck system installed. We have a large selection of Gooseneck and 5th Wheel hitch options for various weight ratings and with varying features. A couple examples being the Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Square Tube Slider - Dual Jaw - 16,000 lbs. # RP30051 is available but will need an above bed rail system installed as well. The Reese Quick-Install Custom Outboard Installation Kit w/ Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches, # RP56018-53, is a confirmed fit for the 2021 Ram 1500
short bed.
