While Westin Fey has a universal series of bumpers, part # 63000 better fits Dodge trucks. What you're looking for is the Westin Fey Diamondstep Rear Bumper # 20000. Now, this is a fit for the 1979 Chevrolet K10.
There sis sometimes confusion between K5 and the slightly larger K10, with some people referring to both as the blazer, so I'm not sure which model you have. I called Westin and they only had a fit for the K10. It's a universal fit though, so if anything, it would it fit slightly larger on the K5, if that's your truck.
