Expert Reply:
The Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar, # RM-1139-198, is designed to fit the 1975 to 2017 E-series. While the # RM-1139-117 fits 1975 and beyond the 2017 for E-series Cutaway that newer Class C motorhomes are built on. If you used the fit guide to locate part number for you and it displayed both, then yes I can understand the confusion. Both do fit your model year but both do not fit latter model years. I would select the one with with better price point at time you order.
