Is the cover lockable, if I lock the gate?

The Leer Hard Tonneau Cover, part # LE79FR, does not have a locking function of its own.
However, because the opening latch is under the cover, if you lock your gate, there will be no way of accessing that latch. In effect, this locks the entire tonneau cover because the gate will block the latch.
