OPTION 4L ? WHAT IS 4L THERE IS NO GM OPTION THAT IS 2 DIGITS?

4L means 4 Low. The reason for that is if you have 4 low that means you have a two speed transfer case. If you look at your dial you'll be able to see if you have it. To flat tow you'll need a two speed transfer case so you can set your vehicle to neutral to prevent damage to your transmission.
