Question:

Hello, We are installing a tankless in our 2016 Epic Volatge 3970, and it is not igniting. We called the supplier, they sent another water heater, and the same thing is happening. Any ideas?

I am not certain what unit you purchased but at etrailer we supply the Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater, # LSB64FR, # FR93FR, # LSB44FR, and the Furrion RV Tankless Water Heater, # FR98SR.

There are a number of reasons for failure to ignite, first check your gas supply. Ensure tank is full and that the regulator is properly functioning. Are other items in the RV such as the stove still functioning properly? Fully open that valve to ensure proper pressure. Same with the water supply. If you still have issues, check the ignition source, are you receiving power?
