I have older thule Podium mounts on my 2010 Honda CRV with long square cross bars. Will the Thule Kit 183177 work with these to mount to new Toyota Rav 4?

I definitely have a roof rack solution for your 2021 Toyota RAV4 with flush rails but unfortunately the legs old Thule square crossbars aren't compatible with any of the roof rack fit kits for your RAV4. For your application I recommend getting a whole new roof rack with the Inno Aero roof rack. This is a nice upgrade from your current setup as the aero-style crossbars are more aero-dynamic and more accessory-friendly. Here are the parts you need:
Aero Crossbars - # INXB130-138
Through Feet - # INXS350
Fit Kit - # IN33FR
This system installs directly to the flush rails on your roof, offer a 140 lb weight capacity, and come with locks to secure it to the roof.
