Question:
What bolt length is recommended for these? And should I get washers or lock washers?

The length of mounting hardware needed for the Pack 'Em # PK-6 trimmer rak will be completely dependent on how and to what you mount the racks. Using 3/8 inch grade 8 bolts, nuts and lock washers is recommended by the manufacturer.
