I measured from nose to rear ..it measures 45 ft. Will this cover it?

If you are sure that's the overall length the Adco storage cover # 290-52258 would not fit well as it's designed for up to 43-1/2 feet. The longest cover option we have is the Classic Accesorries part # CA80-300-203101-RT which can fit up to 44 feet and would provide the best fit for a 45 foot long trailer.
