Is the Malone Runway Bike Rack for 4 Bikes a Good Rack to Hold Two Adult Bikes and Two Kids Bikes?

I was wondering if the MAL82VR would be easily used to hold two adult bikes and 2 kids bikes 20inch and 24inch wheels. Also, would this bike rack be safe for cross country road trips? I like the idea of being able to access the trunk of my Honda Odyssey if needed without unloading the bikes, just want to make sure this is possible with the tilt feature without unloading the bikes. Thanks for your help!

The Malone Runway Bike Rack for 4 Bikes # MAL82VR will fit your two adult bikes and your two kids bikes with 20 inch and 24 inch wheels. This is a great rack for cross country road trips because the padded hooks on sliding arms hold bikes securely by the frame. If you have an unconventional frame or really small children's bikes, you will have to purchase a Malone Bike Adapter Bar for Women's, Children's, and Alternative Frame Bikes # MAL82VR. Also, the 9 inches from the center of the hitch pinhole to the closest part of the Runway will give you plenty of room to access the cargo area of your Odyssey when it tilts back (with or without the bikes unloaded).
Another great feature about the Runway is that it comes with locking knobs on the sliding arms to deter theft of the bikes. If you want to add extra security to deter theft of the rack itself, you can purchase the Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock for Malone Cargo Carriers or Bike Racks with 1-1/4" and 2" Shanks # MPG2174.
