I bought some regular hinges online and they totally don’t work I guess RV hinges are a little bit different so I ordered some from you guys

I don't feel that hinges for cabinets differ between home use and RV use, other than they are usually compact in style. I think you only need to get the correct hinges for your application. For instance, these are for "free swinging" and "flush mount" as shown in the product pictures. Most trailers will use a free swinging hinge unlike soft close hinges you might find in a house. RV doors usually have a latch of some kind as well.
The JR Products # 37270615 hinges that you referenced here will probably work out very nicely for you.
