I have a couple options for you. First is that you will want a platform-style rack for your electric bikes. A hanging rack like the Yakima FullTilt # Y02463 you were looking at won't have enough support plus it will be difficult to lift them up onto the arms. The hanging rack says 150 lbs total capacity, but that weight need to be evenly distributed throughout the rack.
My main recommendation is the Kuat NV 2.0 # NV22G. This one is ideal since you can get the additional Access Ramp # ANVBRB so that you can just roll your heavy electric bikes onto the bike rack instead of having to lift them. This bike rack comes in different colors and has a 60 lbs per bike weight capacity.
The next option is the more affordable Kuat Transfer V2 # KU84FR. Same weight capacity, but without easy anti-rattle knob or locking features. It does have the unique u-frame design though which makes it easier to lift the bikes onto the rack though.
The third option is the RockyMounts MonoRail 2 # RKY10004. It has the same tilting features and heavy weight capacity. What makes this one special though is that you can slightly slide the trays about 3" if you need extra clearance between your two bikes handlebars and seats.
While I prefer the Kuat NV for its compatibility with the ramp, it is a premium price for a premium bike rack. For the more affordable racks, I would go with the Kuat Transfer if my priority was ease of lifting and backup camera clearance and the RockyMounts MonoRail if there was a chance it was a tight fit for my bikes or if I wanted the hitch lock/cable lock combo. I attached some review videos of these racks below if you want to see them in action.
