Can I use this rack with a all carbon Triathlon bike?

As long as your bike has a 9mm skewer then you're not going to have any issues using the Yakima Locking BlockHead Single Bike Truck Bed Mounted Rack # Y01118 since there is no frame contact with the bike.
Your frame won't get scratched up this way and you'll still be able to safely carry it in the back of your truck.
