Is There a Straight Shank (Without Rise) Available for the Swagman XTC2

i have the hitch that this replacement bar fits ...MY question is does Swagman or etrailer have a bar that is straight no rise or i need a straight bar so that the handle bars/ seat do not block my vision in my class c which i installed the front hitch for that i just received from etrailer

The Replacement 1-1/4" and 2" Shank for Swagman XTC-2 Series Bike Carriers, part # P316, that you referenced is the only shank available for the Swagman XTC2 Bike Rack, part # S64670. There is not a straight shank for this bike rack.
The shanks on bike racks have rises to ensure that proper clearance is present. Without it, you run the risk of hitting the ground when there are dips in the road.
