will this work with a RBW fifth wheel hitch?

The Reese Fifth Wheel Rail Adapter # RP49FR will fit on your 2019 GMC Sierra 2500 with factory pucks without question. The RBW hitch should also not be an issue, as long as it coincides with the industry standard for how it sits in rails. From center to center of the mounting tabs on the legs, if you measure 20 1/2 inches or 29 inches, you are good to go.
