Question:
Thanks a ton for the recommendations - so if I were to order this set up it would all work with this tonneau cover (height towers, cross bars, etc.)- correct? Also how secure is this cover - I see a couple of other rolling covers from the same company - are they more secure? Thanks again!

The highest capacity roof rack bike rack that could mount to ladder rack bars like you mentioned would be the Inno Tire Hold II part # INA389 which has a 50 lb weight capacity.
Now for the tonneau you'd want the Retrax Pro XR part # RTT-60335 for if you have a 5 foot bed or part # RTX98FR for if you have a 6 foot bed. Then for a mid level ladder rack that fits the channels of both of these covers you'd want the Yakima Outpost HD part # Y01152-5755.
