Question:

Will this hitch work on a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Sport? If not, do you have one that will?

The hitch reducer, # HT02, is designed to fit in a standard 2 inch receiver opening. If your vehicle has a 2 inch trailer hitch then you can use this reducer sleeve. It comes with a 1/2 inch hitch pin for the 1-1/4 inch accessories used in it but you would need to add a 5/8 diameter pin, # PC3, or lock, # 7683, if needed.

I used this to product but when I attached my bike rack it was very loose.

There will be some wiggle room between an accessory and a hitch. When you add in a reducer, now you have some wiggle between the reducer and the hitch, as well as the bike rack and the reducer. It is one of the downsides to using such an adapter. You can use an anti-rattle like part RM-061 to take out the wiggle between the reducer and the hitch. Depending on the bike rack, there may be some options to reduce the wiggle between the rack and the adapter.
