Hi I have a hitch for a land rover evoque 2012 but I’m missing the screws, bolts, metal plate, etc. can I buy only those parts without buying the hitch? And how?

Assuming that you have the Curt Class III hitch, part # C13128 you can indeed obtain replacement installation hardware. You'll need to use part # RHK. Use the provided link, and on the page you're taken to type 'C13128' into the provided field and choose 'Curt' from the drop down menu.
