Is Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 24883 Hidden Behind the Bumper on a 2013 Kia Rio

Just want to know if when this is installed if the bar is hidden behind the bumper and its just the 1.25 opening that shows.

When the Draw-Tite trailer hitch # 24883 is installed on a 2013 Kia Rio only the receiver will show at the bottom of the vehicle. The cross member will be hidden. The hitch is designed with the receiver welded to the bottom of the cross member so the rest of the hitch is hidden. I have included a diagram from the instructions to give you a better idea if what this will look like.
If you are planning on doing some towing use the following parts to complete your towing set up:
Ball mount # 3593
Pin and clip # PC2
1-7/8 inch ball # 19256
2 inch ball # 19258
Trailer wiring # HM11143964
