I have a 2014 Dodge Challenger SXT with a Draw-Tite max-frame trailer hitch receiver Item # 76145. Im looking at buying Detail K2 mighty multi A-frame utility trailer Item # K2MMT5X7. But I need help picking which trailer hitch ball mount will work for this set up.

When we had a chance to install the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 76145 on a similar 2018 Dodge Challenger we found that from the ground to the top inside edge of the trailer hitch receiver measured in at 9-1/4".
Since the Detail K2 Mighty Multi A-Frame Utility Trailer - 7-1/2' Long - 1,640 lbs # K2MMT5X7 you were looking at has a coupler height of 16" I recommend the Curt Ball Mount for 2" Hitches - 7" Rise, 8" Drop - 9-3/8" Long - 12,000 lbs # C45448 with 2" hitch ball # A-90 which will allow you to tow the trailer level with your 2014 Dodge Challenger.
If you do not already have a 4-way connector on your Challenger you will need to add one using # 118404 to power the lights on the trailer.
