The hitch I recommend for your 2017 Toyota Tundra is from Draw-Tite:

I really like the quality of the Draw-Tite brand, as well as the more subtle powder coat finish compared to other hitches, which have a shinier gloss. Your Tundra's 2" lift will not affect the fit as the Draw-Tite hitch will install to the frame rail, so it will be a perfect fit.
