Hi just curious if the Rhino Rack Vortex Aero Bar - Aero Roof Rack - 2017 Chevrolet Suburban will work with a Thule th859xt roof rack. Thank you

It sounds like you are asking if the Thule Canyon XT Cargo Basket, part # TH859XT, will work with a Rhino-Rack Vortex roof rack.
I am happy to inform you that these will work. For your 2017 Chevrolet Suburban, the Vortex bars are part # RRVA150S-2, the legs are the RCH Legs, part # RRRCH4, and the fit kit is part # RRRCP43-BK.
This roof rack system is perfectly compatible with the Thule Cargo Basket. I've linked to video reviews of both for you to look at.
