The TorkLift # TLF2023 (front tie downs) and # TLF3007 (rear tie downs) are heavy-duty frame mounted tie downs and are perfect for your 2020 F-150, with 8 foot bed, with no running boards, but a factory hitch installed. These will install quickly into existing frame holes with no welding or drilling required.
When ready for use, the arms simple insert to the well hidden brackets, and when not in use, brackets can be removed for a nearly undetectable look. They have a powder coated steel construction and a lifetime warranty.
A more economical choice would be the Brophy # TDSF Stake Pocket tie downs that bolt into the truck bed rail state pockets. The downside of this choice is that it takes a little time to remove these after each trip. You can leave them on, but they do extend a bit beyond the rail and is less desirable that way to some users.
If you go the stake pocket route, chances are that you will need Brophy # TDHP basic turnbuckle hard ware as well.
