It sounds like you're looking for the Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # 3151-1A, which are compatible with a Roadmaster tow bar. If you also need new wiring for your 2008 Saturn Vue SUV, the Roadmaster Hy-Power Diode Kit # RM-154 is a nice, cost effective option that has diodes to protect your vehicle from backfeed that might otherwise damage the electrical system.
