It sounds like you are looking to add a hitch and a bike rack to your 2021 Porsche Macan.
For the hitch, we have the Stealth Hitches Hidden Trailer Hitch, part # SH84FRT. It is a completely hidden hitch and comes with the kit for towing. It has a 2" receiver with a maximum tongue weight of 600 lbs. and a maximum gross trailer weight of 6,000 lbs.
For your bike rack, I recommend the Saris Freedom, part # SA4412B. It can handle 2 e-bikes up to 60 pounds each, and has a folding mast to allow access to your trunk. I've linked to a video review of this bike rack for you to look at.
