I have a class c RV with a 2” class 3 receiver. Will this rack work w my two ebikes 60 lbs each and 4” tires?

The Thule EasyFold XT bike rack part # TH903202 is confirmed for use at the rear of a motorhome and has more than the needed weight capacity for your two e-bikes so it would work great.
Since your bike has fat tires you would need to use the fat tire adapters part # TH985101 to accommodate them.
