Adapter for 2021 Ford F-350 With Puck System to Use Older 5th Wheel Hitch

Hello! I currently have a Reese 16k 5th wheel hitch on a square tube slider. Its attached to a rail kit in the bed of my F150. I am upgrading to a 2021 F350 with the puck system. What do I need to be able to use this hitch setup with the puck system? Thank you!

We have exactly what you need in order to mount your older Reese 5th wheel hitch in your 2021 Ford F-350 with the factory puck system:

This adapter will mount to your Ford's puck system and give you what are essentially industry-standard rails for your Reese hitch. Just mount your Reese 16k hitch right on the adapter and you're set!
