Why the option if i have an ecoboot or not?

The vehicle style of your 2020 Ford F-150 plays a part in what grille guard will be compatible with it due to how they mount. Certain models are compatible with the Non-EcoBoost styles but not with the ones that are EcoBoost.
However, worry not, because the grille guard that you referenced, the Westin HDX Grille Guard with Punch Plate - Black Powder Coated Steel, part # 57-3835, is compatible with both. So, if you don't happen to know if you have the EcoBoost or not, then it's okay. Either will be compatible with this grille guard.
