For your 2021 Lance 1685 I recommend the Adco SFS AquaShed Cover for Travel Trailer - Up to 22' Long - Gray # 290-52241. This cover uses triple-layer SFS AquaShed fabric on the top that protects against rain and sun damage. It Blocks 99.8 percent of harmful UV rays, prevents 98 percent of dirt and dust particles from reaching trailer surface, breathes to eliminate moisture build-up, mold, and mildew. Along with this the ladder cap and rain gutter covers help eliminate wear points.

This cover does not include tyre guards, so I do recommend adding some to protect your tires from dry rot due to UV rays. Tyre guards fit specific sizes of tires, and as such you will need to match them to your tire size. If you have tires that are 27" - 29" tall then the # ST7001WH would be a great option. If you have a different tire size then you will need to match that to one of the available covers that I linked for you.
