Lunette Ring Solution for Towing Trailer with 10 inch Vertical Height Difference

Question:
I have a bumper mounted pintle hook that sits at 32 and a trailer hitch height ring at 22.5 inches. Is there an adapter to even those out.

Best option would be to remove the lunette ring you have on your trailer and then install the Titan Lunette Ring w/ 5-Position Adjustable Channel # T4840500 in it's place as this gives you 12 inches of vertical adjustment that you could use to position the ring where it would allow your trailer to be towed level.
