what is the height of a thule roof rack added to a 2021 subaru outback with factory roof rail? fitkit 4063, rapid podium feet, square cross bars are there other roof rack systems that will fit on a 2021 subaru outback with factory rails that are lower in height?

We can give you an approximate height of the Thule roof rack that fits your 2021 Subaru Outback with flush rails, though we haven't test fit it on a '21 Outback as of yet to know the exact number. But based on the height of the fit kit, feet, and crossbars, the rack will add approximately 4 inches of overall height (give or take) , which is to the top of the crossbar. That measurement would be essentially the same for the square bars or the aero bars, which are only 1/8" taller than the square bars.

I compared this to other racks and the Thule would indeed be the lowest height for a rack that fits your 2021 Outback. The rack that fits your Outback consists of the following parts, and I'll add the part numbers for the aero WingBars as well, in case you wanted a quieter set.
