Fit of Putco P92009-48 Tailgate Light Bar on 2019 Honda Ridgeline

Question:
What does it mean that the item 48” Blade Tailgate LED Light Bar, P/N: 92009-48, is not fit for a 2019 Honda Ridgeline? Does it mean to say that the light bar cannot be wired to the tailgate? If it can be wired, please provide wiring instructions. Thank you!

The Putco # P92009-48 light bar you'd looked at isn't considered a 'confirmed fit' because Putco hasn't tested it on your vehicle.
If the gap between the top of the bumper and the underside of the tailgate can accommodate the 48" long x 5/8" tall x 3/8" deep size of the light bar, there's no reason why you couldn't use it. You will need to make sure that you have at least 3/8 of available room under the tailgate so the bottom edge doesn't contact the light bar.
The Putco light bar would plug into your 4-pole trailer connector, so there's no wiring needed.
