I have a 2018 Tacoma double cab with a retrax xr pro tonneau cover with slotted rails. I have Thule equipment for bikes and kayaks that mount on old Thule square cross bars. What do you recommend that will allow me to use the old Thule bike racks and Kayak cradles on the Retrax rails?

Thule does offer a solution that would allow you to use the slots on your Retrax Tonneau cover and your existing Thule square bar compatible accessories.
You'll need the Thule Rapid Podium Roof Rack Feet, part # TH460R and the # THKIT3101 fit kit. For square bars compatible with your existing accessories, use # TH712400.
