I may have a solution for you, but the Curt # C11033 is only a confirmed fit on the 328xi Sedan and the Draw-Tite # 24857 is only a confirmed fit on the 328i Sedan, so these hitches won't work for you; the bumper isn't necessarily the deciding factor on fit and the more important factor is the frame of the vehicle and the available attachment points.

The only hitches that we have confirmed as a fit on the 2011 BMW 3 Series convertible like your 328i are the Stealth Hitches # SH78VR (for towing) or # SH94VR (for accessories only).
