Question:

when I enter vehicle infor #C31083 comes up for front hitch set up for 1976 IH Scout. Does it indeed fit our vehicle and what class is this hitch?

The only hitch I have for you is going to be a rear class III hitch # 13580. The # C31083 front hitch is designed for 2018 - 2020 Ford Expedition and 2015 - 2020 Ford F-150 models. I contacted our manufacturers and they also do not make a front hitch for your 1976 International Scout II.

If you wanted to take on the task, you could take the Curt Adjustable Trailer Hitch # C13701 and weld/bolt it on to the front. I don't know how original your Scout is but that is a route you could take.

Whatever you do, I would LOVE to see your Scout once it's all done! I love all Internationals!
