Do I need any hardware/ bolts? To mount my trailer hitch i just bought from you on my 2019 Grand caravan GT?

The Draw-Tite Class III hitch, part # 75579 (and the other hitches available for your 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan) would install using the 3 existing M12 and the 2 M10 bolts as shown in the linked video and installation instructions.
If you'll be towing with the hitch, you'll also need a trailer wiring harness like # C56331 which provides a 4-pole flat trailer connector. If you need a 7-way connector, use # ETBC7. For a ball mount, use # 2753 and # 19260 for a 1-7/8 or # 63845 for a 2 inch trailer ball.
