If you're speaking of the Upper Bracket for the Firestone # F2407, the replacement bracket is part
# F2135825492. If you're speaking of what Firestone refers to as the Upper Frame Bracket, you'd need part # F2135825491. The brackets are sold in a quantity of 1.
I've provided a diagram showing how each bracket fits into the assembly.
