Will the Hopkins 12-Volt Power Inverter Adapter Work To Power a Winch

Question:

Can i use this part to connect the winch On my trailer straight To the seven pin conector on the bumper of my truck without the use of a battery for the winch , Thanks

The Hopkins 12-Volt Power Inverter Adapter part # HM11147650 can be used to power a winch, yes. However, it has a max amp draw rating of 25 amps and you also will have to abide by the amp draw rating of the trailer battery charge line circuit on the vehicle you will be pulling power from (usually 30-40 amps). It would work for a small winch most likely.
