Does the Fusion Software Need To Be Installed On the Edge Diesel CTS3 Tuner Before Using

I just got my edge evolution cts 2 tuner. Do I have to download the fusion software or can I just plug it in and have it work?

The Edge Diesel Evolution CTS2 Performance Tuners like part # EP96TR will work straight out of the box just by plugging into the vehicle. That said, I do recommend following Edge's recommendation of updating the tuner beforehand via plugging it into a computer which is what is referenced as the Fusion Software.
