What is the Tongue Weight Capacity of the Draw-Tite 76143 Hitch for 2020 Tesla Model X
Published 11/01/2020 >
Question:
Is there a spec for hitch carrying weight on this hitch? I have one installed and understand the tongue weight restrictions but haven’t seen anything that outlines hitch carrying weight for trays or bike racks. Thanks.

The tongue weight of your vehicle and hitch will also apply in the same manner when it comes to carrying bikes on a bike rack. You will want to refer to the tongue weight capacity in your owner's manual for the most accurate information, but the Draw-Tite # 76143 has a maximum tongue weight capacity of 750-lbs, so you'd be able to put that much combined weight in bikes and a bike rack using the hitch (which would take some pretty heavy bikes!).
